Free Delivery

To keep our prices as competitive as possible; our deliveries are made by a single person. As a result we will only deliver to ground floor properties, exceptions are Flats and Maisonettes. Please call us if this affects your order, as undelivered products caused by this problem will incur a redelivery charge.

Arranging a Delivery Date

Delivery will usually be within 3-10 working days depending on the product and availability. We will call you to arrange a delivery date as soon as we have your product in stock. [London Congestion Charge will be added to costs where applicable]

Delivery Times

Our deliveries are made between the hours of 7am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. A signature will be required upon delivery and satisfaction.

Delivery Info

If you provide us with an email address, the day before your pre-arranged delivery, we will endeavor to email you by indicating when you can expect your goods to arrive. Alternatively, you can call us the day before your pre-arranged delivery.

Failed Delivery and Cancellation Charges

Where a pre-arranged agreed day has been given for a delivery and that delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods, then you may be liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.
